Return Eligibility

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Mobile Money Refund: We'll send your refund to the same number you used for payment within 2-3 business days
• Replacement: If you prefer, we can send a replacement product
• Store Credit: Available for any amount

Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or we made an error: We pay return shipping
• For buyer's remorse or change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
